Molly Rudberg recognizes that as a leader, reaching one’s full potential requires an enormous amount of courage. It’s truly a journey. Similar to the archetypical “hero’s journey,” or monomyth, there are necessary departures (leaving behind old ways of working), purposeful initiations (venturing into new territory), and triumphant returns (reengaging from a better place).
