Founder of Molly Rudberg, LLC, she has been coaching individuals and organizations since 2005. Bringing a mix of psychological research, proven change management techniques, and empathetic listening, she has transformed elite leaders and teams across a wide variety of industries.
In addition to frequent speaking and writing engagements, Molly is the co-author of From the Yoga Mat to the Corner Office (Highpoint Executive Publishing, 2014), a book exploring the application of established yoga techniques to achieving personal success. She holds a Master’s degree from Northwestern University, a Bachelor’s from the University of Iowa, and numerous certifications in leadership, diversity and inclusion, and coaching. She earned her Certificate in the Foundations of Neuroleadership from the Neuroleadership Institute. Molly has also participated in Harvard University’s Organizational Culture Building program.
